Via ferrata Tormo de la Margarida

The via ferrata Tormo de la Margarida leads us to the top of the closest hill to Tivissa (located right in front of Tivissa´s football field) and offers magnificent views of the village and the countryside.

The via ferrata consists of a first direct and vertical section of 25 meters that will serve as a warm-up (K2), followed by an easier section and a second vertical but  shorter wall just below the summit. The top end of this route consists of a short but very intense overhanging wall (about 6 metres high) that will test the bravest (K5). For those who prefer, there’s a way to avoid this last hard section going through easier terrain.

The approach to this via ferrata is only 15 minutes walk through comfortable terrain. If you are interested, we offer the possibility of doing the ferrata at the end of the evening in order to observe the magnificent sunset from the top, it will surely captivate you.

Once at the top of the Tormo, we’ll take the “Llena” trail that will lead us back to the village in 20 minutes.
